The path to empowerment begins with interest and compassion. As we grow the capacity to see our struggles with kindly eyes, we begin to relax and heal. It can be applied to areas of mind body and spirit. The experience of depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting, addiction, lack of motivation, impulsion, isolation, unworthiness, shame, self hatred, trauma and loss. This is the path to empowerment. Once there is understanding, strength wisdom and reduction in anxiety will follow. Support and tools with exercises toward holistic health are available along with as needed support.

Experience & Qualifications
|

Licensed Professional Counselor. I am an associate member of a State Licensed Private Mental Health Clinic and have prior experience providing Mental Health and consultation (including cognitive/behavioral training and education) to individuals, families, teachers, counselors and children; and social services within a federally funded child development program. I have studied with the Masters of East/West Buddhism, Christian Mysticism and Sufism over the past 25 years. Prior to my years in counseling and social services, i worked as an emergency medical technician in the US Navy.
