I practice corporate law at an international law firm, based in Chicago. I frequently represent lenders and borrowers, equity sponsors, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and other businesses in the negotiation, documentation and administration of single-lender and syndicated financings, business formation matters, reorganizations, work-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and general customer and vendor agreements for public and private companies of varying sizes and credit qualities. I have experience in a wide variety of transactions ranging in size from several hundred thousand dollars to $1 billion.
