Experience & Qualifications

As a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator I contributed to the development of in-house training to provide faster course development that resulted in easier training facilitation. I evaluated e-learning courses and created processes to provide the most comprehensive and efficient training. I provided overall maintenance of the LMS which resulted in higher usage and assisted in reducing company’s carbon footprint.I also developed and distributed reports to senior managers, that resulted in better performance for managers and supervisors. Prior to being an LMS Administrator I was a Senior Region IT Services Manager. In this role I developed and facilitated end-user training on various software applications, resulting in higher productivity of users. I provided excellent client service management to 20+ regional offices; led to trusting relationships and faster adoption of IT policy. I successful project management of region IT projects with 90% success rate. I developed and maintained quarterly newsletters that kept office IT coordinators informed of IT events. I provided Client Service Management and customer support to regional offices.
