Experience and education include a Master of Arts degree in counseling with a person centered therapy approach to problems. I have owned my own behavioral health clinic counseling and supervising for the past 6 years. I have professional training in counseling a variety of issues, including: depression, anxiety, abuse, addiction, divorce, relationships, anger management, parenting, and obsessions and compulsions. I am certified in substance abuse and as a school counselor. I have provided individual and group counseling to adults, couples, families, and adolescents to assist in regaining control over their lives and diminish feelings of pain and turmoil that they currently are enduring.
