I have extensive experience in computer building and repair, and have spent 6 years with 1 company providing tech support and onsite maintenance, including hardware replacement, software troubleshooting and installation, and small network upgrades and repair. I do much of the work remotely, and also do any hardware and network repair onsite.

Currently have a consulting practice with a restaurant company, supporting 12 restaurants in both hardware and software solutions, including basic networking. I am also the help desk for this company, so when a unit has a problem they call me and I fix it either remotely or I go onsite. I install software, build or replace parts on computers, and maintain the network for this company. I have extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, and Outlook, along with many other brands of software.
