I have managed the turn up, testing of Sonet based systems as well as the planning and implementation of sonet rings from OC3, OC12 Linear to OC192 as well as Fiber Characterization testing.

I have worked with fGTE/Verizon in the Mid West part of the United states. I have a 27 years with Central office installation, Fiber optic system installation, turnup, testing and trouble shooting. I performed duties within Verizon as a Network Reliability Specialist monitoring Fiber networks, DCS 3.0 networks and performing remote analysis as well as onsight problem solving. I worked as remote provisioning, planning the upgrade and rearrangement of Fiber networks from Oc3, OC12, ASYNC, to DWDM, OC192 UPSR rings.
