I have done "BTEC National Diploma in Business". It is a specialized vocational programme with a strong work related emphasis, covers a total of 18 units in two years time.
I have experience of "management trainee" which involves business development and student services activities including internal and external communication, handling individual and organizational inquires, dealing with walk-in inquires and participating in telemarketing.
