I have 16 years experience working with children. Currently I work as a qualified Nursery Nurse with children mainly aged 0-8 years. What makes my perspective unique, is that I have been working with children in many different settings and environments and I am also a mother. At present I am a single parent. I am well aware of the issues of juggling work and home commitments that this entails. I also recognise that similar solutions are needed for couples with children.
