I worked as a nutrition and exercise consultant that would privately consult with clients about their fitness goals and set up personalized programs so they could achieve them. I mostly dealt with people trying to lose weight and gave them reasonable, doable programs and guidelines to reach their goals and achieve lifestyle changes. It wasn't a get skinny quick scheme, just solid advance backed by science- but set up step by step so the average person could do it. I helped numerous clients look great and even more importantly feel great.
