Transitions are difficult. We will walk through your situation and develop plans to better manage the circumstances you control and modify if necessary the way you are viewing the situation. Sometimes we are crippled by the the way we think about things versus the true reality of the situation. These situations can feel overwhelming, with a little clarity you can feel whole again, you can survive and thrive. Situations change when we change.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, anger management, stress management and communication skills training to change patterns of interaction.

I have helped women in particular cope with redefining who they are and make new lives for themselves and children. I have worked extensively with children experiencing divorce and separations as individuals and as groups. Let me help you parent through this transition. Worked with military and their dependents. My experience also involves community mental health, private practice, in-home services, pregnant teens, residential treatment and substance abuse. I am licensed in 4 states as an LMFT, Clinical Member of AAMFT, 13 years in practice.
