My experience includes working with young children and adults. I have been a classroom teacher as well as a school social worker. I have conducted group and individual therapy focusing on things like self-esteem,anger management, death, peer pressure and bullying. I do also have experience working with adults in group & individual therapy. These sessions very often focused on relationships, parenting, self-esteem issues and enpowerment. In addition, one of my other passions is keeping myself updated and informed about health, nutrition and fitness.
