I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology and have specialized training in Somatic Psychotherapy. I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families and use my knowledge and compassion to help people reach their goals by understanding the root cause of their problems. I teach people how to acquire new coping skills to better deal with complex situations and work together with them to find the solutions that will ultimately lead to living a better happier lives.
