I've been counseling since 2001 and have worked with people with a variety of challenges: spirituality, sexuality, depression, bipolar, anger, relationships, parenting, PTSD, overcoming sexual assault or sexual abuse, preparing for marriage, and other common concerns.

Since 2001 I have provided pastoral/spiritual and mental health counseling to people just like you. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and several other modalities. My speciality, however, if simply focusing on you and your needs and helping you resolve your concerns.
I am a member of the AAMFT, the ACA, the NCAMFT, ICEEFT, and the ICISF.
I am licensed as an LMFTA in North Carolina.
