Been Coaching for 20yrs played professional baseball 10yrs for Chicago White Sox & Texas Rangers.Teaching pitching mechanics to kids from 8 to 30yrs old. Studied under Dr A.W. Faris a doctor of Kinesiology and Dr. Rick Esposito Dr of sports science. We calaborated and have proven biomechanical teaching to be wrong. Have rehab and tought 1000's of kids and not one has had an arm injury. Ones that had injuries never got hurt again. certified personal trainer
