I am a ceramic artist that received my degree through Minnesota State University of Moorhead. I Can offer help and advice on clay bodies from low temp-fired Earthenware, to high temp-fired Porcelain. Can also assist with most surface effect questions such as glazes, terra sig, slip colorants, and alternative kilns: Saggar firing, Pit firing, Barrel firing, and Raku firing.

Experience & Qualifications

Three years as a Lab tech assistant for universities ceramic studio. I was employed as a glaze technician, but not as a student worker. I've received two certificates in honor through presentation representing my ceramic studio at a conference 2009, 2010. In Leadership with my schools Ceramic Guild, I was treasurer for 2008-2009. I have receive training and workshops around the U.S.A from professional ceramic artists and professors. Close contact friends with well knows like Warren Mackenzie's family.
