Giving people the encouragement & inspiration they need to lose weight & be healthy is my main goal. By Staying over weight I would have started having serious health issues. Thinking about my health really got me to reaize I needed to do something. I have since lost quite a bit weight. I have no health problems or issues & I am with in reach of my goal. I feel good about myself. When in process of losing the weight & becoming healthy I had several people there to give me the encouragement & inspiration I needed. I have changed my whole lifestyle with excerise, how I eat & how much. I go to the gym at least three to four times a week. when I go work. the store or anywhere I park as far away as I can & walk to the door instead of parking as close to the door as I can just to get a jump on cardio at least. I make it a point everyday to do some kind of excerise no matter what it is, just to feel good about myself. I take into consideration what foods I need eat or shouldn't eat. I watch carbs, fat content & how much sugar the product has. I read labels as well, as they tell me everything I need to know. I also drink at least eight glasses of water a day or even more.
I have also helped several people over the last three years who were over weight & had no one to inspire them or encourgage them. I helped them realize that by having someone there to give them that boost it made it eaiser for them to achive their goal. Now by giving that encouragement & inspiration to others who don't have anyone to support them in their venture, they have it now. I am here to help you, support you & believe in you.

I encourage & give people the inspiration needed to lose weight, get healthy & eat right. I been doing this for peoeple for over three years to help them realize that with support of someone who has been over weight & now healthier & stronger, they too can achive their health weight goals. Believe in themselves enough to where there isn't anything they can't do.
