I believe that the connection between a therapist and a client is one of the most important aspects of therapy. It's important for you to feel as though your therapist is someone you like, someone who cares about you, listens and understands you, and someone you feel you can trust. It's also important that you feel safe and comfortable with your therapist.
Emotional and psychological difficulties and disorders can encompass a wide range of symptoms and derive from a huge variety of circumstances, situations and events. From trauma, depression and anxiety, addiction, eating and obsessive/compulsive disorders to relationship problems, anger management and self-esteem issues, I have the clinical expertise and vast knowledge along with experience to help you work through your presenting issues. Therapy starts a new begining to discover your true identity and challenge any harmful thoughts that can hold you back. Therapy is sometimes difficult because I will ask you to perhaps talk about things that you have worked hard to forget, but if your willing, you can free yourself from your past and or present pain.

I have over a decade of experience as a mental health therapist in helping individuals, couples, families, and children. I am a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor for Oklahoma. My work experience was gained through directing an inpatient hospital as well as outpatient clinical setting.
