I have over 20 years of healthcare experience in chronic disease management, care of frail elderly, care and care management. I have developed numerous programs and services for the chronically ill and to help keep seniors living safely at home. I am experienced in long distance care management coaching. I am a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Manangement Society of America. I currently work as a Vice President of national senior care and care management firm.
