Although I am a dietician, I am in no way a person who is going to put you on a diet. I do not believe in diets, but rather permanent life style changes that will help you achieve your optimal health. I believe in a holistic approach to weight loss that will include using your mind, body and spirit in achieving your weight loss goals. I have much experience in helping people overcome binge eating disorder and compulsive eating. I have a passion for what I do and I am ready to help you overcome any setbacks that are preventing you from from living at a comfortable weight!
