While my primary practice areas include juvenile and criminal law, I also have a backgroud in divorce and family law as well as a fairly substantial business transactions practice. Business transactions include entity formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions. Our firm is a "litigation" firm so we can answer nearly any court-related issue. I also of course include "general practice" under my areas of expertise as attorneys in smaller towns tend to need a wider breadth of legal knowledge to serve our clients. We strive to provide accurate, comprehensive and practical solutions for our clients.

After graduating in the top 1% of my law school class, I worked for a mid-size firm for a few years. I opened my own office in 1999 and the practice has grown since. I have added two attorneys to my staff and we continue to strive to provide the highest quality legal services at reasonable prices.
