I provide online wellness coaching and healing sessions utilising NLP counselling to access patterns of dis-ease and behaviour that either make you unwell or prevent your evolution personally, in relationships, or in your career.
My ability to balance your energy from a distance and access information with kinesiology and reiki makes these sessions extremely powerfull and gentle.

Experience & Qualifications

I have an extensive knowledge of what it takes to heal and grow developed from over 7 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in conventional health centres including chronic pain clinics, Neurological rehabilitation, Mental health case management and hospices (palliative care). My interest in alternative approaches has lead me to many paths including NLP and kinesiology and I know have a successfull practice integrating the best of all these fields and more.
