Experience & Qualifications

Letter Coach® has a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language from Oxford Seminars, a degree in English literature from the University of Montreal and has been a professional librarian and information specialist since his graduation from McGill University. He has worked to resolve client’s needs for information in a wide variety of library settings including public, academic, special, career information centre and government and can do research for your information needs. Letter Coach® has also written and edited his own memoir, published a newsletter for people with traumatic experiences and facilitated their self-help group.
