Experience & Qualifications

I was born with problems with my legs & allergic to "peanuts". At 18 years old, I was in auto accident which put me in traction for 2 months, body cast & finally leg casts. Followed by physical Therapy & learning how to walk all over again. Due to "Blood clots", I was put on blood thinners & have to be careful of vitamin K in my diet. So, after being in the dental field for 30+ years I stsrted doing home care. I am able to relate to my clients situations because of my personal challenges. I've had both hips replaced & doing fantastic. I am a easy person to get to know and enjoy people. In this field you are working in such a close enviroment with each other and if for some reason you don't click you need to be honest and move on. Keep daily logs of everything that occurs during the day. Every clients needs are different & so should be the hours you work. Dealing with "peanut" allergy all my life has made it easy fore me to deal with every clients meal preperations & it depends on what medications they are taking. I am able to plan their meals accordingly.
