I have been sucessfully defending clients charged clients charged with regulatory and quasi-criminal offences, including all Provincial Offences since 1999.
I represent client charged with offences such as charges under the Highway Traffic Act, Ontario Fire Protection and Prevention Act, Liquor Licence Act, Consumer Protection Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act.

I have been practising in the area of criminal defence since 1999.
In May 2007, the Law Society of Uper Canada became responsible for regulating the Paralegal Profession in Ontario. Professional Paralegals are now held to the same professional and ethical standards as lawyers.
I became part of the first group of Paralegals to be licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada on March 31, 2008.
