Summary
I have over 20 years of private sector experience in several states throughout the U.S. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, Texas, Massachusetts, Georgia, and NCEES approved for licensing in other states. I have been responsible for the analysis, design, and overall project coordination for the development of single-family residential subdivisions and 2-plex to 12-plex condominiums, industrial parks, retail centers, institutional sites, and public roads from the conceptual layout stage through construction. This includes the design of overall grading and drainage, underground utilities, storm sewer and detention basins, mechanical storm water treatment systems, underground detention, wetland detention, wetland mitigation, floodplain mitigation, water main, sanitary sewers, soil erosion and sedimentation control, earthwork/cut and fill, and road alignments, including the first roundabout on a road under the jurisdiction of the County Road Commission. I have experience in the preparation of permit applications and have been successful in coordinating and negotiating with state, regional, and local governments, along with regulatory agencies, businesses, utilities, and residents.
Experienced with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, LDD, Autoturn, WaterCAD, MS Excel, MS Word.
