Experience & Qualifications

I am a private athletic coach and I have been running my own business in this field for a number of years. I hold a national coaching certification for soccer as well as personal training and fitness consultation. My primary focus is on elite athletes, but I have also spent many years coaching teams at many different levels, as well as sports camps with children of all ages and levels. I was a varsity soccer player myself in university, and I've been playing since the age of 9 (when they first allowed girls to play in my home town).
