Having worked on laptops and desktop computer for the last 10 years in a higher educational system, I have been able to work on many different platforms but have focused on the Apple/Mac platform. I have worked a great deal on the Gateway and Dell platforms as well and have become Dell Warranty Certified. Working in a higher educational system, I have worked with multiple viruses and spyware as well as other software related issues. I can trouble shoot almost anything from minor software installation issues to driver issues and major hardware malfunctions. My Apple OS knowledge goes as far back as OS 7.5 to the now OS 10.5.
If I don't have the immediate answer for you, I will be able to give you good advice as to where you can go to find the solution to your answer!
I try to keep everything at a level that the average person can understand so that you can try and solve your issues yourself down the road. I can understand the frustrations with computers and technology and am here to help you!!

Worked 7 years Winona State University (one of the largest PC Tablet Universities with a required laptop program in the United States) with a strong focus on Graphic Design software and Mac OS and PC hardware troubleshooting.
Have worked almost 1 year at Western Carolina University in the IT Hardware Services doing hardware repair on Gateway, Dell, and Apple Computers. Have also done a lot of Apple software troubleshooting.
I am a Certified Macintosh Technician for both hardware and software.
I am also a Dell Warranty Certified Technician
I have gone through training for both platforms and have become well respected amongst staff, faculty, and students at both Universities.
