Massage: I have been a licensed muscular therapist for the last 17 years working with thousands of people providing office and on-site, state of the art therapeutic and sports massage, to a range of industry professionals including sports teams, elite athletes, doctors, lawyers, actors, production crews, musicians. I’ve done a lot of work in pain management, medical massage / soft tissue injury rehabilitation. I’ve worked in conjunction with / close contact with medical professionals that have referred their patients to me,. This includes, chiropractors, neurologists, MD’s, psychologists, psychiatrists and physical therapists and have written / reviewed numerous medical reports pertaining to massage therapy treatments.
My clientele has included everyone from small children to the elderly, to working with people in their final stages of life to high profile personalities and royalty.
I have been a Massage Therapy Program Instructor and have also provided general first aid for thermal regulatory dysfunction’s, psychosocial support, and organization and administration for the massage aspect of sporting events.
Energy Work: I have been a Reiki Master Teacher for 10 plus years now, and doing Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy for 10 years. I have successfully worked with a wide range of clients from someone that just wants to be relaxed and have their energy balanced, to people that have been on the verge of suicide.
Personal Fitness Training:
While working with clients of all ages and walks of life, I’ve been adept in the development and implementation of programs, which allow my clients to meet all their needs. From simply improving the quality of their life, to even more stringent and ambitious personal training needs.
My philosophy is that of Empowerment. I’ll work with you, teach you, and guide you. I want to help you so you can learn how to help yourself.
