I have been in the traffic or administrative end of the transportation field for over 15 years. My strengths lie in customer satisfaction and can manipulate any computer application. I have most recently held postitions as an exectutive assistant to the director of the Gen-Med Dept of a PPO & then an Admin Assistant II for the entire office.

2007-2008- Administrative Support II, -Responsible for calling customers & scheduling freight appointments, assisting customers with pickups, missing freight, and any other problems that may arise. Assisting drivers with delivery and pick up issues. Freight resolution and exceptions for drop accounts. Currently training in the disposition of OS & D freight. Work hand in hand with other terminals & the corporate office to ensure the customer receives their requests in a timely manner. Help to clear bonded freight & send information through the proper channels ensuring freight is properly cleared prior to reaching the border. Operate AS400, RDD system, Microsoft Office Suite, and Roadway internal OS&D, & CDS screens.
2005 & 2006 – Traffic Coordinator,
Responsible for coordinating shipments between carrier and customer. Perform customer traffic routing, negotiate rates for truckload shipments. Responsible for ship dates and purchase order standards. Responsible for customer data management using MS Word, and Excel spreadsheets. Operate the IBM AS400 in Mapix Browser & Green Screen.
2005 - CSR – Truckload Dispatcher, Empire Freight Logistics

Responsible for the negotiations and routing of all truckload freight using brokerage software and customer specific routing guides. Manage customer expectations directly by phone, email and fax. Resonsible for rate & load confirmations, supplying the customer with rate quotes and transit time. Interface with Account Payables for freight bills. Directly enter financial data into account receivables (Quickbooks) for billing.
