11 years in the medical field. I have managed up to 150 staff members from various professons including therapists (OT & PT), RN, LPN, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Technicians, Supervisors, Secretaries and billing clerks. I have written manuals on process & procedures for 2 large medical facilities and I have written job descriptoins for members of the medical team. I have developed from the ground up a medical billing facility, interviewed and hired all personnel and worked closely with the Human Resources department of a major metropollitain hospital.
