I hold a professional Chef degree from ICE Culinary in NY, as well as my degree in Nutrition and Herbology from The School of Natural Health in London, and my yoga training is from Yoga Arts in Byron Bay Australia. I have also studied chocolate with Ecole Chocolate and hold a BFA from Parsons School of Design, NY/Paris. But honestly, I learn more from my clients than from anywhere!

My professional experience was gained by extensive travel and study around the world. Diet, like everything in life, requires balance. From India to Bali, Australia to Thailand, I sought and found this balance in yoga, nutrition, herbology, and even chocolate.
I prefer to work with clients where they are now, not where they think they should be.
