I will share with you how to stay centered and balanced, stay focused and positive. Resolve issues with dating and relationships. Giving titles of books to read, email or online "homework" increases your ability to move faster forward in your healing and learning process. I will teach you how to have more satisfying relationships, work through grief, forgive yourself and others, giving you the ability to love and be loved. The objective in doing the work that I do is to give YOU the tools, the guidance, and the opportunity to empower yourself so that you may rediscover what a beautiful being of light you truly are!

I began work in 1998 sharing my knowledge with individuals and groups in a workshop/seminar setting. Teaching at the community college level as added to my experience. I continually educate myself so that I may share this with others. For the last two years I have been living and working in Sedona, AZ giving workshops, classes, and counseling.
