My name is Jennifer Henning, and my passion is helping people lose weight by developing a healthy relationship with their body and food. I would be honored to support you in any way I can.
Growing up, I was overweight. I was 50 pounds overweight in high school. I was able to lose the weight with strict dieting and guilt, but was not able to keep it off. I attended school to be a health counselor so that I could be the healthiest I could be, and help others do the same.
