We’ve catered weddings for 300 in snowstorms, outdoor picnics for 100 in rain storms, even surprise Valentine dinners for two (imagine an irate wife (and an ostensibly contrite husband), returning home because of ‘forgotten concert tickets’, only to be greeted by a tuxedo-clad waiter in her foyer).

Responsible for coordination and follow-through of all areas of full service, off-premise, social and corporate catering business, including marketing, inventory management and sales, event planning (encompassing site visits, menu creation, rental equipment procurement, staffing assignments and supervision, site decorations) for up to 400 guests.
Hosted monthly cookbook conversations at Barnes and Noble Booksellers, establishing agenda and facilitating discussions. Achieved approved caterer status for the University of Pennsylvania and the African-American Museum in Philadelphia by initiating process to determine procedures, gathering necessary information (references, license and insurance documents), troubleshooting delays and following up to ensure process completed within project timeline.
