Commitment to Satisfaction
If you have a complaint about your initial chat session using the LivePerson platform, then you may be eligible for a credit equal to the amount paid for your first chat session (not to exceed $50.00), subject to the terms below. This amount will be credited against your next chat session.
The credit can only be claimed for a user’s first paid chat session.
To request a credit, you must notify us of your complaint by submitting the response form posted at
http://www.liveperson.com/help/contactus/. The form must be submitted as soon as possible, but no more than 72 hours from the completion of the chat session in question.
Complaints submitted to LivePerson are subject to review for factual accuracy, and LP reserves the right to reject fraudulent complaints. To help us preserve the quality of our platform, we ask that you limit your submissions to genuine concerns.
Credits provided in connection with the Commitment to Satisfaction, if any, are subject to the
Terms of Use, including LivePerson’s
