I have empowered myself with the knowledge to help you overcome any issue you may be facing in your life. It is through the knowledge of Holistic Psychology, learning who we are as souls inhabiting a physical body here on earth that we can understand things from a new, higher, deeper perspective to understand why things happen in our lives. Everything in our lives happens for a reason. We as souls inhabiting a physical body come here to learn lessons. The challenges that we face are those lessons, the key is in understanding those lessons, learning from them, making changes and moving forward. When we understand what the lesson is and understand why we face these challenges in our lives it helps us to more forward. It is through the power of Spiritual Growth and Counseling and through the use of Holistic Psychology, which means treating the whole of who you are, your body, mind and spirit as one that we can make positive changes within your life. It is through the power of Counseling, Hypnosis and Reiki which are all holistic, organic methods of healing which I can help you create the life and level of health of your dreams.

I began my studies 14 years ago and I have continued my education along the way. Through the years I've worked with many people from all walks of life, helping them to make positive changes within their life. I've worked with indivduals who were depressed, had relationship issues, family issues, self esteem issues, career issues, I helped people overcome drug addictions such as smoking, overeating, alcohol abuse, anger management issues, fears, phobias and anxieties, nightmares, sexual abuse issues, stress management, you name it, I can address it. I've worked with special needs children, adolescents up through adults. I began by working and healing myself and have learned firsthand how to make the positive changes in my own life, thereby transforming my own life into the life of my dreams. It is through my education as well as my own personal experiences that I bring to you the tools to overcome any personal issue you are facing to empower you to create the life of your dreams too!!.
