My Expert Service

I offer services in life coaching and mentoring focusing on relationships, single parenting, overcoming tragedy, and general personal growth. Services vary depending on a client's needs and specific situation, but can include initial consultation, meditation techniques, customized exercises and assignments, goal setting techniques, follow up consultations, and more.
Some people are open to the ideas of meditation and some are not, what I do know is that if you can open your mind even just a little to it, you will learn to love it! It is extremely beneficial in many areas of life, including your love life, family life, career, social anxieties, and more. I teach techniques of grounding, cleansing, and shielding on top of your basic breathing and relaxation techniques.
Other exercises and services are all customized based on the individual client's needs and desires.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been providing mentoring and coaching services for several years now, and have found it to be a very fulfilling path for my life.
I was dealt a heavy hand very early in life, and in learning to heal, change, and grow, I have realized myself to be a teaching soul...here to lead by example and teach from my own experiences. To show others that despite the obstacles that can be thrown our way, we can ALL achieve true happiness inside...which will lead to success in all other areas of your life. Chances are that if you are struggling in your professional life, your relationships, etc, that there is a personal struggle that you can overcome to change it all.
We don't always choose the best paths for ourselves in life, especially when dealing with things that affect our hearts and souls. What I do is guide you and help you stop making the wrong decisions..the ones that lead us to the same outcome over and over...and help you start making wiser, healthier decisions in life, and to start making realistic goals so that you can reach that place of peace in your life.
I am a lightworker, here to spread love and light to others, thus empowering them to find their own path of enlightenment.... which will lead you to a place of PEACE and true HAPPINESS.
While most of my client relationships are ongoing and long term, I do offer short term services as well. Most services are provided by both live chat AND email sessions to provide the most reasonable price for my clients.
