My Expert Service
|
|
You want to fix what's wrong, but the hard part is figuring out just how to go about it. We'll get to the core issues, pick some goals, and map out the steps to reach them.
I have a very practical, hands-on approach, working with individuals, couples and families, using both cognitive-behavioral techniques and insight-oriented skills. Trained as both a therapist and a coach, I am caring and compassionate, honest and direct.
We will work efficiently to
maximize your session time, and give you free minutes at the beginning to explain your issue.
Some things are hard to discuss, like sexual issues, abuse, and infidelity. I create a safe and supportive place for you to talk about the more difficult things.
Feel free to email me with any questions about my experience or
the general subject matter you want to discuss.
Phone, chat and email services.
Thank you for coming to my virtual office!
