I have years of experience as a patient with pain and fatigue problems and have developed coping strategies that I can share with other sufferers. I can offer practical advice on managing daily life, achieving goals, enjoying life and also on dealing with friends and family who are healthy and so may not understand. I also have a lot of experience of the NHS as an out-patient and as an in-patient. I can advise on how to get the help you need and how to cope with long admissions etc.
