I have worked with computers most of my life. I am currently completing an Associates Degree in Applied Technology, at Interface College. I am a very hard working individual, and have experience in System software, like Windows 7, and Linux Ubuntu. I successfully completed the Computer Applications, and Technical support program at Interface April 2010. I understand customer service techniques, and proper professional IT communication skills; I.E. not talking down to a customer, and listening to the customers problem before suggesting a solution.
I have worked with access databases for more than 3 years. I initially learned to build, and maintain Access Databases in an office environment. I taught myself how to use Access, while converting an Excel inventory system to a database. Since then, I went back to school, and have obtained a certification in Microsoft Access.
