I offer advice designed to enhance self-formation and self-esteem during childhood, early adolescence, later adolescence, and the various stages of adulthood. My advice is rooted in educational, developmental, and social psychology and comes from a humanistic perspective.

Experience & Qualifications

In addition to my degrees in psychology and human behavior, I have sixteen years of teaching experience in public schools. Thirteen of these years have been in progressive education (i.e., Montessori education). In addition to academics, I have assisted children, adolescents, and adults in identity formation and the building of self-esteem. Coaching individuals through life's challenges, and through life's transitions, has been my life's work. I believe that personal growth and having positive self-esteem is our right. Life challenges us at every turn, but with help, we can successfully navigate these challenges and come out stronger on the other side. I am here to offer you that help.
