I was responsible in reconstructing the Empire State building Facades. Have developed means and methods of construction to remove and replace the lime stones from the high rise building with out disrupting the heavy traffic around EmpireState Building.
Was responsible in developing means and methods to bring down the Amtrack (Multi Ton)chimneys safely,at 31st street 7th Avenue, NewYork. which were collapsing due to heavy snow storm in 1996
Was involved in bringing down the collapsed scaffold in 42st Timesquare scaffold collapse incident.
Have done the investigation of Structural Stability of parking garage slab at the World Trade Center after the Bomb Blast.
In short any techncal problems which are out of ordinary and looks like its next to impossible, those are the area I would like to get involved in solving such problems.

Have developed tooling, jigs and fixtures for sheet metal industry.
