I have attained a Bachelor’s degree in the “Sports & Exercise sciences”. I have gone through several sports courses and participated in sports events at provincial and national level. Beside these achievements, I have also attended seminar held by “South Asian Sports Council” in Islamabad. I have won 5 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals in different sports events (squash, athletics). I am also a keen follower of different sport events like soccer and hockey. I have also played professional hockey at national and club levels for about 7 years.
I have studied thoroughly about the rules and regulations of these sports and particle knowledge of it as well.

I have been a part of sports World for the last 14 years. Over the last 14 years, I have been involved in different sports activities both as a sportsman and a fitness consultant as well. I represented my club and province in different sports contests at zonal and national levels and got distinctions as well. My degree in field of sports & fitness also helped me to take active part in seminars, workshops and other training camps. During last 6 years I participated in 12 seminars and workshops related to sports events and activities. I also have the experience of 1 year, dealing with fitness and injury problems. I have also worked with “Pakistan Railways” sports department as a “Sports & Fitness Counseling Officer” for 3 years.
