I have done BBA Honors in gernal and then have done MBA in HRM from institution strongly focuses on Team work, Case Study writing, understanding and publishing in international Journals. I have done a lot of field works, visited many national and multi-national organizations and manufacturers and learned their environments and corporate norms & needs. I have also prepared Total Quality Management Plan for an organization and implemented practically over their place of work.
