Stock, Commodities and Currencies analysis, I trade full time, Currencies, Equities, futures and spread trading of all kind. I excellent knowledge of Bonds and Treasuries Bills. I have been trading full time for over 20 years.
I have been involved in Real Estate since 1986. Buy, Rehab, and Sell Foreclosures all over California, involved in Real Estate in Atlanta, St Louis, South Bend, Cleveland and Chicago. I am very involved with Refinance, Loan Modifications, and Housing development projects. I have owned Rental since 1986.
My business, Finance and Real estate, go hand in hand. I understand and analyze the stock market, interest rates, and other financial conditions, which in turn helps me. to understand the Real estate market better. Giving me a clear and concise picture and the understanding of the opportunities in the Real estate market has to offer.

Experience & Qualifications

In the US I have done a lot of studies and home education courses in Stock trading, including the study of Gann and Elliot Wave, along with chart analysis. I have done courses with the Legendry Australian trader Bill McLaren and in the US with William O’Neil. I have worked as a trader for 22 years, very involves with the daily working of the financial markets.
I have attended an extensive seminar with Robert Allen in Real Estate, have attended home Schooling with Kaplan a real estate school. Have worked the last 24 years in buying, rehab and selling real estate.
I bring to the table on hands knowledge of the daily workings of the financial markets as well as the Real estate business.
