I undertake the preparation of project reports pertaining to the establishment of industrial units and trading firms. Project reports cover all the aspects i.e. product details, sources and availability of raw material, machinery, manufacturing process, installed capacity assessment, project cost and means of finance, computation of term loan , assessment of working capital limits, projected profitability statements, cash flow statements, balance sheet, finacial ratios and key performance indicators, SWOT analysis , sensitivity analysis.

5 years of experience in HMT Ltd in Machine Tool Division in quality control department and 21 years of experience in reputes PSU bank in India where I had experience in undertaking project appraisal works, rehabilitation of sick units, conducting training programmes, conducting special studies on working capital assessment, undertaking costing ( marginal and machine hour costing) studies, undertaking stock audits on the medium and large industrial units. I had been also Head of fairly big Branch for a period of three years and multiplied the Branch Business I have handled and appraised the various projects ( more than 230 projects) and sanctioned loans to various industrial units successfully. I have also been providing free counselling to the potential and existing entrepreneurs for the past 20 years in management and technical areas.
