To being a global standard versatile professional, I tried to acquire my knowledge from every section of IT/ICT. By involving myself in different circumstances in ICT such as Software Development, Network Administration, Management, Monitoring and Infrastructure Development, Telecommunication and Date-Base management etc. makes me confident to work in any challenging position in regarding sector. I know the knowledge I gained from my education as well from real life work experiences will not help me to solve all alone, but as a resourceful professional I know the way to solve or where should I go for the solution.

Experience:
Although major part of my ICT education is related with Software development, Data-Base management etc. but most of the time of my career I deployed myself in Network Infrastructure Development. Because it is true that without network infrastructure, implementation of e-commerce or e-governance will be keep as concept, not come to help in real life. Detail experience given bellow.
Current Status: Professional ICT Consultant in Network Engineering, Telecommunication, Call/Contact Center and BPO expert.
Previous:
From August 2005-MArch 2008 I was serving as Co-Managing Director in System Administration dept. of Dominox Sylhet ISP. It is a well known broadband Internet Service Provider in Bangladesh and situated at Sylhet Bangladesh. It provides Internet connection through Dial-Up, Cable, DSL, Fiber and Radio link. As well we provide Web development and hosting service. My Major Job responsibilities are
1. Drive and guide technical teams like NOC team, RF team and developers to provide clients various solutions.
2. Co-ordinate with business Administration and after planning and analyzing, take necessary technical steps to implement new project.
3. Update myself with new technology, searching new devices and equipments in market analyze their features/merits and help others to introduce with them.
4.Network infrastructure design and security issues implement.
5.Conduct some Business Administration tasks like prepare monthly budget, schedule and distribute sale target, cash flow management etc.
System Administrator: From September 2001 to July 2005, I worked as System Administrator in Dominox Sylhet ISP. It was beginning of the company when I took this charge, from starting step by step whole setup installed and configured by me. This time I came to introduce with vast range of equipments and technologies and skilled myself working with those. Some are; VSAT installation, link maintenance and troubleshoot. Various types of Linux and SUN Solaris based server installation and configuration like Mail server, Name server and Proxy server etc. Using HP Open View Network Node Manager and NMAPS centralized network monitoring and management system. Using P2P and P2MP solution by Radio link, establish remote network. Installed and configured Dial-Up solution, Wi-Fi network, DSL Network and multi mode Fiber backbone in Sylhet city.
Junior Analyst: From November 2000 to Aug 2001 beside my study I started a part-time job as junior analyst in Software Bangladesh limited a software and web development company, participated several development projects there.
