2. Drafted the Strategic Social Development Transformation Plan and its programme components currently being implemented by the Ministry of the People and Social Development.
3. In collaboration with colleagues from MPA and I-Govt drafted the framework used currently as the foundation for Re-engineering of the On the Job Training Programme, offered by Ministry of Science Technology and Tertiary Education which was presented to the Commonwealth Secretariat.
4. Designed and drafted the Business Process Improvement Report on ttCard which was adopted by the Ministry of the People and Social Development. The lead/throughput time will move from 5.3 months to approximately 6 weeks.
