Experience & Qualifications

I have, since the late `90s, had roommates that just bought new computers. Until January of 2006, I was always using someone else's new computer. This made me the default badguy if anything went wrong. Thus, I learned everything I could about Windows-based computers because I was the one that had to fix all of my roommates' issues.
I have, over the years, installed new cd burners, upgraded RAM, reinstalled Windows many times, manually removed viruses, setup networks, routers, and firewalls. I have mastered port forwarding, RSS feeds, image editing, cell phone modifications, P2P networks, web browser tweaks, and just about everything else you can imagine. From California to New York, everyone who knows me calls me when they have a computer problem.
