I am an experienced Software Engineer living in South Florida. Although my main area of expertise is Java, I have 5+ years of professional experience developing Java, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, VB6, Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.

I am a fast learner and am very skilled at working with non-technical people to develop technical requirements. As I am a native English speaker, I am able to overcome many of the initial communications difficulties with other experts.

• Created a scalable web service for the National Health Service of England using Java messaging beans to securely retrieve patient data from a nationwide database containing patient health records

• Re-implemented the data access and business tiers of our flagship application using Java and SOAP to create services that could be consumed by both our Win32 and Java teams
